You can choose to accept either the Instant Buy Out Offer, where you will receive payment for your item within 24 hours, or if you choose to accept the SOR price, you will receive your payment 7 days after your item sells.

Are your items authentic?

Absolutely! All our items are 100% authentic. Ensuring authenticity is our top priority, and each item undergoes rigorous checks by our specialist team to guarantee its genuineness.

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide both UK and international shipping. For UK orders placed before 3 PM Monday to Thursday, you’ll enjoy next-day delivery. If you order after 3 PM on Friday, your item will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. To ensure Saturday delivery, please place your order by 2 PM on Friday.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification containing all the relevant tracking information.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. To return an item, please fill out the returns form included in your parcel. Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that returned products are unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that show signs of perfume, makeup, body odors, or cigarette smoke.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our customer care team at customerservice@sjbrands.co.uk. When contacting us, kindly include your order number and a photograph of the item. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to find a solution. Please note that damage from normal wear and tear is not considered faulty.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return any unwanted items using our standard returns procedure.

Can I change my address?

Regrettably, once an order is placed, we cannot amend your shipping address.

I’ve missed my delivery; what happens next?

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, don’t worry! You can contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery or have your parcel sent to an alternative address.
