Return policy

*To avoid any issues with sizing, all relevant measurements are included in our product descriptions. We ask that you use these measurements before making a purchase.

-Our returns policy entitles you to return an item to us for an exchange or a credit note within a 7 day period of receiving your item(s). This period begins the day after your item(s) have been delivered.

– We do NOT offer refunds : We describe our item(s) to the best of our ability. Please view all images to make sure you are happy with the item(s) before the purchase. The only case where a refund would be permitted is if an item is faulty or not as described.

– Any item(s) returned to us must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Items that are damaged, stained or that show any further signs of wear will be rejected and sent back to you at your own cost.

– We DO accept returns on brand new items, however they must be returned within 7 days and have all tags attached. The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as they were

– Return delivery is at the customers expense – we advise that you use a tracked delivery
service so you can see when your item(s) have arrived back to us.

– You are solely responsible for the shipment of your returned item(s) and we recommend that, depending on the value of the goods, you take out any relevant insurance to cover you for any loss or damages. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s)
